ZAPP STOCKING EDM-READY BLOCKS

Z-Wear PM, Z-M4 PM & Z-A11 PM are now in stock at Zapp.  These precision heat treated and ground blocks are 5" x 7.5" and are available in thickness up to 4" in some grades.  Please call us for more information.  In most cases the blocks can be shipped the same day.

NEW  Z Wear PM™ INTRODUCED

Zapp Tooling Alloys has excellent inventories of the new Z-Wear PM™, which combines the highest toughness and hardenability with very good wear in an easily coated PM tool steel.  Z-Wear PM™ approaches S7 for toughness, and has wear properties approaching M2, and Z-Wear PM™ is hardenable to 64 Rc.  Now you can address your chipping issues and still meet your needs for high compression strength, fatigue resistance, and edge retention.
